James was very friendly and helpful in selling my townhouse. He was very patient and prompt with me and answered all my questions. James Fricker sold our house at the price we were expecting in just two weeks, which was a terrific result for us. As with young kids we didn’t want to have too many open homes. We found he was very engaged in every step of the process with excellent communication with both us and potential buyers. When we had difficulties obtaining approvals, he worked hard to resolve the problem and spent hours on the phone with the government approval authority and his building contacts. The sale was finalised and contracts exchanged very smoothly and quickly, and I was kept in the loop and well informed every step of the way. The sale price we got was what I was hoping for.
